Quitclaim from Mag. Michael Box of London to Richard (de ware) abbat of westminster of the meadow of Wachelesham in Pyriford Manor (Pyrford, co. Surrey) leased to him by Richard de La Hull of Sydwod in Pyriford Manor. And remission by the Abbat to the said Michael of all suits of Court wherein he was bound to the Abbat by reason of lands leased to him by the above Richard for the next 8 years. So that he be not bound to make suit in the Abbat's court during that term. But the Said Michael left the Abbat all his hay off the above meadow during the present year.
