A. 11943. Feoffment by Henry de Euere, late ironmonger (nuper
ferrar') of London, to John de Riplawe, ironmonger (ferrar) of London,
of a shop, with a sollar (solar'), in the parish of St. Mary of Colcherche,
between the shop of John son of Thomas de Mimmes on the east, the
shop of Andrew le Breit, on the west, the street on the north, and the
tenement formerly of Reginald le Hauberger on the south ; rent to him, a
clove at Christmas, and to the nuns of Clerkenewell, 1 mark ; consideration,
10Z. beforehand; for John's greater security he has made him another
