Payable as specified for a tenement which William le melkere held in St Leonard Eastcheap parish, London, lying with Richard's tenement to east, the king's highway leading from London Bridge ('Pons Lond'') to Cornhill to west and Richard's tenement and the tenement of Boydewynus de Gren, butcher ('carnifex') to north and south. Right of distraint if payment in arrears. Given at London.
