Description (Repository)	A. 1657. Obligation of Edmund Mercer and his heirs to pay Clementia, daughter of Robert Blund, and her heirs, for themselves and Richard do Hispania, 20*. yearly for ever for the house and cellar that the said Richard, husband of Clementia, gave her in dower in the parish of St. Benedict Serhog'. Witnesses : Philip de Wynton, William Noreys, Henry de la Claye, Peter de Bracking', and others (named). [Henry III.] Fragment of seal.
