Grant from Heremann Theutonicus, citizen of London to Dom. Hugh de Wykhanbrok, chaplain, of a messuage in London with a gutter built underground and stretching from the buildings of the said messuage outside towards a quay opposite by the Thomas fomrely belonging to Peter son of Roger with free ingress and egress on the said quay to feth water fro the necessaries of the above messuage, and for bringing and storing of merchandize for a period not exceeding 3 tides. John de Suthoflk and Agnes his wife daughter and heiress of the above Peter, leased the above messuage t othe said Heremann in St. DUnstan's parish newar the tower of London.
Grant also of another tenement nearer the said messuage along the street leading to St. Dunstan's church, of the fief of the Hospital of St. Thomas the Martyr at Suthwerk (Southwark, co. surr) The said Hugh payes yearly to the above heremann one clove of garlic , to the said John and Agnes 1d. to the Hospital of St. Giles without London 7s., and to St. Thomas' Hospital of St. Giles without London 7s., and to St. Thomas' hospital at Suthwerk for the said messuage. ___ s. 4d. , and for the tenement 15s. witn.
