Grant and quitclaim by Isabell, late the wife of William le Rous, citezen of London, and John the son of the said Isabell and William, to Walter Gaughe, citezen and stockfishmonger, of all their rights in the tenement formerly belonging to the said William in the parish of St Benet, Gracechurch, the which the said Walter afterwards had of the demise of Walter Cros, fishmonger, which same tenement lies between the tenemnt of John de stbbenethe on the N, and hte tenement of Josep the butcher on the S; and extendds in length from the royal highway on the E as far as the tenement of the said John de Stebbenhethe on the W; Sealing clause.
