Grant, indented, by Henry FitzAlwin of London to Roger le Waleys (walensis), of his land in the parish of St Swithin, between the land of reginald le frere on the s. and the land of the grantor on the N, and t he court of the grantor on the W and the royal highway on the E; for an annual rent of 11s. In consideration of which grant the grantee has given to the said Henry 22s, and to Margaret his wife 2s, and to Alan, Thomas and Richard his sons, 12d each as gersumia.
