The gift made by his brother William of:
1 The small brushwood coppice (virgultum), and all that is enclosed within it, which Richard, father of Hugh de Hore extremo plantavit (? completely established) at Willingdon (Wylendun')
2 The half acre east of the coppice
3 The half acre behind the coppice to the north
4 The land on which the barn stands, which Richard ultimo edificare fecit (?had built at the end of the plot), in Willingdon, with all the way out to the road
5 A perch of land at the barn's north end
6 Half an acre of meadow which lies towards the house of Brian de Molendino
to hold of Hugh, paying a pair of white gloves worth 1d at Easter for all services excluding the king's, which is ½d [when scutage is] 16s 8d and ¼d at 12s 6d
