69 Grant by SBH to Robert de Meldebum of 3 ft of land, being half of the land recovered by John de Camerwell, m. of SBH, against Robert and which is on the S. and W. side of a barn of SBH. The land granted to Robert is on the W. corner of this barn where Robert has built a camera forinseca. The 6 ft of land recovered by SBH will be common land, not cultivated and not built on. The brethren are allowed to walk over the land and to put up a ladder to put a new roof on the barn when necessary and to break down the hedge on the E. which they must repair afterwards. Wit.
