1425 Decision by Robert, dean of St Paul's, accepting that the right to tithes of the Church of Little Wakening belongs to SBH and that the tithes of the marsh Aya must be paid to SBH by the abbot of Coggeshale (s). Robert acted according to letters of Pope Honorius, dated 14 June 1222, addressed to the prior of St Edmund's, the dean of L. and the archdeacon of Colchester. Robert noted that the tithes were granted to SBH by Pope Urban. This decision was sent to Roger, archdeacon of Colchester. Wit. Reynold de Redenor, Robert de Archis, officials of the bishop of L., m.
