Quitclaim by James de Abyngeworthe, canon of St Pauls’ , to James de st Magnus , then warden of London bridge and the brethern of the same place of that manor with its appurtenances in Lewesham which he held at farm by the grant of Stephen de Folburne, hospitiller (Hospitillari), late warden of the said Bridge, by confirmation of the said James, his successor; in consideration of which quiclaim the said warden and brethren have given 18mks. Sealing clause.
