Grant, indented, by Richard Aswy, citezen and draper of London, to Walter le Poleter of certain land belonging to the tenement which he had of the demise of William May and Juliana his wife in St Margaret Patens [patins]; lying between the land of Ralph de alegate, clerk, on the N, and the land and houses of the tenement aforesaid, which the said walter had of the fieffement of Dionisia de Estchep and the confirmation of the said richard, to the S; and extending from the royal highway on the E, as for as the land of the said walter belonging to the aforesaid tenemtn on the W. annual rent 6s 8d to the grantor, and 4d to the heirs of William Compere.
