Grant by Thomas Perseval, William Mabile, John de Flete, executors of the will of Elyas de Seldeforde, late citizen and fripperer of London, to Richard de Holeforde, of the tenements whichthe said Elyas had of the sale of Peter de Dokesworth, baker, in the parish of St Dionis Bagecherche, lying between the tenement of the aforesaid Elyas towards the S and the tenement of the aforesaid Peter towards the N in St Andrew Huberd’s land and of which tenement the eastern head abuts upon the tenement of the said Peter, and the western ened upon the royal highway ): extending in length between the two tenements aforesaid for 7 1/4 ells, and in breadeth between the tenement of the same Peter and the royal highway for 8 ells; rendering therefor to the said Peter and his heirs a clove as quitrent. IN consideration of which grant the above – named Richard has given 10m.
