Covnvtion, indented, between John le Blount, mayor, and the commonality of London on the one hand and Sir Robert (Robin) FitzWalter on the other, wherin the former grant to the latter in perpetuity the tenements, rents etc which he holds in Colchurchstreet which formerly belonged to Master Richard le Keu, on condition of the discharge by the said Robert being all the dues and services accustomed, and chiefly the finding of a chaplain to celebrate for Keu in the chapel of St Thomas on the Bridge, or of paying 5 mks annually to the Bridge for the maintence of the said chaplain in performance of the said service. .
