COnveyance by james de cobeham son of the late sir john de cobeham, of a tenement with appurtenances at Billingesgate, in the parish of st mary at hill, which he held by gift and feoffment of richard lunger of the county of wiltshire, and petronilla his wife , widow of he late william de kinebauton, baker to the king, and of a quarterly rent of 8 shillings sterling due from the sub-tenement of thomas nox in rpolane, to ehnry de braundeston, son of the late sir hugh de braundeston

the tenement is situate between the highway leading from the church of st mary at hill and the tenement of JOhn Romeneye ( formerly of john hardel) on the east, and between roplane and some land held by thomas box on the west. it extends from the highway of thomes street towards the south up to the tenement of john de romeneye, and towards the north up to the tenement of godwin le hodere and the land possessed by thomas box.
the holding fo the tenement is subject to the folling duties: to abbot and convent of waltham fourty shillings, st pauls church lonndon, five shillings prior and covenent of bermondsey, three shillings, prior and convent of st mary southwark, twelve pence quarterly, to the heris of john spirling, late citizen of london, one penny at christmas and socage, and tojames cobeham one penny at michaelmas, to elaias ffader during his life two pouds quarterly, to be refunded after elias' death to henry de braundeston
