[[[[[[[westch448. Notification by John, son of Edward the former reeve of Westminster, that he has confirmed to Lucy, wife of Richard of Barking, the half messuage that Geoffrey the priest held in Westminster, for an annual rent of 2s. Lucy and her heirs are to provide yearly for the abbot a man for one day's reaping or mowing. The said half messuage lies in the street towards Tothill between the other half of the same messuage, held by Adam of Sunbury, and the holding of Wlviva the laundress. He has also granted Lucy all the land that Geoffrey the priest held of Avice of Longditch, for an annual rent of 6d. Gersum of one besant. [Temp. John]
