Notification by Edward, former reeve of Westminster, that he has granted, in inheritance, to William of the Temple, clerk of the king's chamberlain, Robert Mauduit, the half messuage that Geoffrey the priest held in Westminster. William and his heirs will render 2s. annually to Edward, and on one day in the year they will provide a man to mow or reap in that vill for the abbot of Westminster. The said half messuage lies toward Tothill, between the other half of the same messuage, which is held by Adam of Sunbury, and the land of Wlvuna the laundress.
