Sciant omnes presentes et futuri quod ego Robertus filius Gerini Westmonasterii dedi et concessi et hac presenti carta mea confirmavi Gaufridi cohopertori, pro homagio et servicio suo, unum masuagium cum pertinentiis in Westmonasterio, illud scilicet quod jacet inter portam meam masuagii mei, quod teneo de Gaufrido de Nevi11', in Westmonasterio et terram Willelmi parmentarii. Habendum et tenendum prefato Gaufrido et heredibus suis de me et heredibus meis, libere, quiete, pacifice, honorifice et hereditarie, reddendo mihi annuatim xx`i denarios, scilicet: quinque denarios ad Natale; et quinque denarios ad Pascham; et ad Nativitatem Sancti Johannis Baptiste quinque denarios; et ad Festum Sancti Michaelis quinque denarios, pro omni servicio ad me vel ad meos pertinente.
