Sciant presentes et [futuri quod ego Odo aurifaber] dedi et concessi [et hac presenti] carta mea confirmavi Deo et altari Sancte Marie de Westmonasterio viginti denariorum redditum per annum de mes[agio] meo quod teneo in villa Westmonasterii; et jacet inter masagium Andree de Scaccario et domum que fuit Ricardi de Medmeham, scilicet: ad Pascham [quinque] denarios; et ad Festum Sancti Johannis Baptiste quinque denarios; et ad Festum Sancti Michaelis quinque denarios; et ad Natale Domini quinque denarios. Et e[go] Odo et heredes mei warantizabimus predictum redditum predicto altari contra omnes homines et omnes feminas; et si warantizare non poterimus, faciemus rationabile [escambium predicto altari] ad valentiam [predicti redditus.
