Sciant presentes et futuri quod ego Simon Hurel et Margareta uxor mea et heredes mei dedimus et concessimus et presenti carta nostra confirmavimus Deo et altari Sancte Marie ecclesie Sancti Petri Westmonasterii ad lumen inveniendum, pro salute anime nostre et predecessorum nostrorum, duos solidatos redditus in puram et perpetuam elemosinam, scilicet quos Willelmus filius Hereberti et Edricus de Gardino tenent de nobis in villa Westmonasterii. Et ego predictus Simon et Margareta uxor mea et heredes mei debemus warantizare Deo et altari Sancte Marie illos duos solidatos redditus contra omnes gentes.
