Sciant presentes et futuri quod egol Simon de Ponte Flete et Agnes uxor mea concessimus et dedimus et confirmavimus Ailnotho de Larudenge et heredibus suis totam terram nostram que est in parochia Sancti Clementis, scilicet: terram illam que jacet inter terram Ranulfi Fiket et inter terram Godeve Cruke in longitudine et in latitudine, cum una domo et cum duabus cameris et cum omnibus pertinentiis suis, cum uno plumbo. Tenendam et habendam sibi et heredibus suis de nobis et de heredibus nostris libere, quiete, finabiliter, jure hereditario. Reddendo nobis et heredibus nostris per annum quinque solidos pro omni servicio, scilicet: ad Pascha xv denarios; et ad Festum Sancti Johannis Baptiste xv denarios; et ad Festum Sancti Michaelis xv denarios; et ad Natale Domini xv denarios. Et sciendum est quod ego Simon de Ponte Flete et Agnes uxor mea non poterimus dehospitari predictum Ailnothum de Larudenge vel heredes suos causa nos hospitandi; et predictus Ailnothus vel heredes sui non poterunt vendere vel invadiare predictam terram ecclesie vel Judeo. Preterea, ego Simon de Ponte Flete et Agnes uxor mea et heredes nostri warantizabimus predicto Ailnotho de Larudenge et heredibus suis predictam terram contra omnes homines et feminas. Pro hac autem concessione et donatione et warantisione sepedictus Ailnothus de Larudenge dedit predicto Simoni de Ponte Flete et Agneti uxori sue viginti solidos sterlingorum in gersumam.
