Description From: Andrew, son of Algar of 'Backechirche' To: the church of St Dunstan in the East, London ('Deo et Ecclesie sancti dunstani') For the whole of the land which lies on the south side ('in australi Latere') of the church of St Dunstan [in the East]. He reserves a right to the special prayers of those who serve God in the church. Also reserving a payment of 4d for service to the king, payable as specified. For greater security, Simon the chaplain ('capellanus'), Andrew's son, who composed and wrote the charter, has appended his seal. No date.
