London. A. 7837. Feoffment by Roger de Estchep to the prior, John, and
canons of Holy Trinity, London, of 5s. quit rent from houses, cellars and
shops in the parish of St. Leonard of Estchep, London, for which
tenements he was bound to render yearly to the said canons 16s. 4</.
besides the said 5s.; for this they have given him 36s. beforehand.
