[Middx.] A. 2659. Demise by Henry de la More, cilizen and goldsmith of
London, to William le Bret, citizen and goldsmith of London, and Christina
his wife, of a house in the parish of St. Nicholas Olof, London, for term
of their lives ; paying yearly a red rose during William's lifetime, and
after his death two marcs during the lifetime of Christina if she survive
him. Witnesses: Nicholas de Farn done, Mayor of London, and others
(named). Sunday after the Translation of St. Thomas the Martyr,
