[Middx.] J. 2653. Grant by German Brid, citizen and fishmonger of London,
and Lucy his wife, to Henry de Bruton, tailor, of London, and Ymania his
wife, of a messuage in the parish of St. Olave towards the Tower, paying
8*. yearly ; and also grant of a portion of a drain built on the adjoining
tenement in which Brid lives, they defraying yearly a third part of the
cost of repairing the said drain. Witnesses: Sir Ralph de Sandwico,
knight, Warden, Walter le Withe and John Wade, sheriffs of London, and
