[Middx.] A. 2281. Demise by Godfrey Puttoc to John son of Richer of his
house with messuage for 16 years from Christmas next, paying 4d. yearly.
If at the end of the term Godfrey shall have restored to John his toft,
&c., the messuage and house shall remain to him ; otherwise to the said
John. Witnesses: Pycot de Marisco, Richard Gysorz, and others
(named).
