[Midilx.] A. 1870. Demise by Adam de Strattou, clerk, to William de Winton,
baker, of a bakehouse with an upper storey (solio) belonging, and two
shops under another upper storey within Aldiidesgate in the parish of
St. Agnes, in the south part of the land leading into St. Agnes' churchyard,
for 12 years from Michaelmas, 53 Henry III. ; paying therefor yearly 34*.
If William construct any easements within the messuage, he may remove
them at the end of the term unless Adam purchase them of him.
Witnesses : John de la Blakethorn, Reginald Aurimalliator, Robert le
