Grant by David, son of Ralph the Vintner, to the prior and canons of Holy Trinity, London, for 41*. 4d., of the land called ' Hungerscroft,' in Toteham, paying therefor Wd. yearly. Witnesses : Gilbert Cullinge, William and Bartholomew, sons of Edric de Allegate, John de Lesnes, and others (named). Endorsed: " Ista carta non est bona, quia habemus aliam de cadem terra per quam non tenemur reddere annuatim nisi duos denarios."
