Grant in pure and perpetual alms by William de Camera and Eluva Lombard his wife to St Peter and the convent of Westminster, for their souls, and those of their ancestors and successors, of the land which they bought from Hawise daughter of Rumin, lying between the wharf of Godard le Tanner and the land of Ralf the shipwright, with buildings and a wharf and other appurtenances. Willelmus de Camera and Eluva Lumbard' uxor eius omnibus Christi fidelibus ad quorum notitiam presens scriptum pervenerit, salutem. Noven t universitas yestra nos, pro salute animarum nostrarum et omnium antecessorum et successorum nostrorum, dedisse et concessisse et presenti carta confirmasse Deo et Beato Petro apostolorum principi et conventui Westmonasterii terram nostram quam emimus de Hawisa flu a Rumin, videlicet: illam que iacet inter sharvam Godardi le Tannur et terram Radulfi qui facit naves, cum edificiis et cum sharva et cum omnibus ad eandem terram pertinentibus, in puram et perpetuam elemosinam, liberam et absolutam, ab omni exactione seculari. Nos et heredes nostri prefatam terram warantizabimus et adquietabimus prefato conventui versus omnes homines inperpetuum.
