Description From: Joan de Cornhill', daughter of Henry de Cornhill'
To: the prior and convent of Canterbury Cathedral Priory
For whatever she holds of the priory's fee in the vill ('villa') of Walworth and Newington [both Surrey]. She has surrendered any instruments by which she could sell anything in the said vill to the priory. If any others by which she could sell anything in there are found in future they shall be void. The quitclaim is made for her soul and the souls of her predecessors. For this the priory has paid 80 marks and a palfrey worth 5 marks. No date.
