Description From: Ralph Pikeman, fishmonger ('Piscenarius') and citizen of London To: Adam le Blond, called 'de Folham' ('dictus de Folham') The whole of that land with houses on it which he has in St Margaret Fish Street Hill ('de Bregestrete') parish, lying with Adam's tenement which he has of the demise of Elias Bacheler and Margery his wife to south, the tenement of John Cros which was of Edmund le Treyere to north, Ralph's tenement to east and the tenement of John Cros which was of Edmund to west. The tenement measures 9ΒΌ ells as specified between Ralph's tenement to east and John Cros's tenement to west, with half of the stone wall to east, which half of the stone wall shall remain to Ralph. For an annual payment of 1 clove ('clavus Gariophili'), payable as specified. For this Adam has also paid 40s as a gersum fine. No date.
