grant from edburga daughter of vcher [olger on seal] the alderman (aldermanni) in her widowhood to gilbert de aquila of all those lands, etc. which pentecost son of vcher [fr[ ] meis – my brother?] formerly held in the parish of [st. agnes-within-aldersgate] near london walk, rendering yearly half a pound of cummin or 1d. at michaelmas and 1d. in the vigil of easter and for this grant gilbert gave edburga 1 mak. witn: andrew bukerel, then mayor of london [1232-7], michael [I can’t see this] de sancta elena, then [? alderman], [ ]son of john, henry son of william, hamo de castella, w illiam son of peter [ others too obscure to see].
nd. but it mast have been granted before wam 13426 which can be dated 1234 (by the sheriffs named therin) by which gilbert de aquila gives away these lands
