Grant from Hugh de Wichembrok, Chaplain, to Dom. Geoffrey de Neuband, dean, and the Chapter of St. Martin's le Grand, London, of a messuage in London with a gutter built underground and stretching from the buildings of the said messuage outside towards a quay opposite by the Thomas formerly belonging to Peter son of Rger with free ingress and egress on the said quay to fetch water for the necessaries of the messuage andfor bringing and storing merchandize for three tides only, which messuage were leased to the said hugh by Hereman theutonicus in St Dunstan's parish near the Tower of London.
