Grant from John de Suthfolk and Agnes his wife, daughter and heiress of the late Peter, son of Roger, to Hereman Theutonicus of free ingress and egress at pleasure to their quay in st dunstan's parish by the Tower of London opposite the messuage sold by them to the said Heremann in the same parish by the Thomas, for loading and unloading merchandise and other goods large and small coming by water or over land, providing they do not remain on the said quay beyond three tides.
