Antonia, relict of Ranulf le Ferun, executors of Elyas de cantuaria, Draper of London, to (Henry de Wengham), Dean , and the Chapter of St. Martin's le Grand, London, o a yearly quit rent of one mark purchased by the above Elyas of John son of Joyce de Cornhull for his tenement in St. Michael's parish, Cornhull (London). Paying yearly to the said John 1/2 lb. of cumin. For which sale the above Dean and Chapter gave the said Executores 100s. to discharge the debts of the said Elyas and to carry out his will. Witn. Dom. Nicholas Bat, Mayor of London, JOhn de Northampton and Richard Picard, sheriffs, Roger son of Roger, Alderman of that ward (1253-54).
