I ralph de frowyk have grante . .. to god and the church of the blessed peter of certeseye . . . one mark of silver rent by the year which . .. maud who was the wife of jukellus alderman gave in her free and lawful powe to the aforesaid church and abbot and monks of certeseye in frank almoign at dunegate in the parish of of all saints heywarfh, namely 11s of rent of the land which houses which was of robert de basynges betwen the privte house of douegate and the house which baldwin pope held of me . . . . . . and if the aforesadi land and houses do not suffice for the payment of teh said mark I grant that the abbot and monks may take distress (namium) and distrain the whole fee which was of jukellus aldreman from the house which was of esgar to the aforesaid private house of douegate . . . and I ralph and my heirs coming from iuetta my wife will wholly and finally warrnat the aforesaid mark of quite rent to the aforesaid church ..... witnes roger the chaplain, ernulf ruffus, robert wynton', t. the goldsmith, p. de rude and others.

I Ralph de Frowyk have granted . . . . . . . to God and the church of the blessed Peter of Certeseye and to the Abbot and monks there serving God one mark of silver of quit rent by the year which Maud who was the wife of Jukellus Aldreman gave in All Saints of her free and lawful power to the aforesaid church and Abbot and monks of Certeseye in frank almoign at Dunegate in the parish of All Saints of Heywharf, namely 11s, of quit rent of the land with houses which was of Robert de Basynges between the private house of Douegate and the house which Baldwin Pope held of me and 28d. of quit rent of the land and the same houses which the same Baldwin Pope held of me To hold . . . . . .for ever. And the said Abbot and Monks ought to receive the said mark of silver at 4 terms of the year, namely [40d. at each]. . . . . .
