[1285-6] Sale by Benet Hakeney, William de Combe and John de Caunterbury, citizens, executors of the will' of William le Moygne, formerly woolmonger, to John de Stortford, citizen and glover (cirotecarius), all that whole tenement which the deceased had in the parish of St. Dunstan; abutments, the tenement of John de Caunterbury on the east and that of John de Hertford on the west and extending in length from the king's highway on the north to the Thames on the south; which tenement he left to be sold to pay his debts as is contained more fully in the letter of probate; quit rent therefrom to the abbot and convent of Westminster 20s. p.a.; witnesses, Ralph de Sandwich, warden of London, Walter le Blount, John Wade, sheriffs; dated 14 Ed. I.
