[1275-6] Grant by German son of Edmund de Creya, clerk, and Alice de Mar y his wife to Eustace prior and convent of 6s. 8d. of quit rent from all their tenement and houses within the parish of Holy Trinity; abutments, [f. 9v] in length between the highway on the north side and the garden of Thomas the Tailor on the south and in breadth between the king's highway to the Tower on the east and the tenement of Walter le Botere on the west; paid on condition that the sacristan has 3s. 4d. p.a. for the upkeep of two lamps, one at the door of the infirmary, the other in the chapter house; canons gave 4 marks and 20d.; witnesses, Gregory de Rokelle, mayor, John Horn, Ralph Blunt (Blondus), sheriffs, John Norhampton, alderman
