Sciant presentes et futuri quod ego Henricus de Ely clericus concessi et hac presenti carta mea confirmavi abbati de Westmonasterio et eiusdem loci conventui unum mesuagium cum omnibus pertinentiis, scilicet: illud quod Robertus Crutgeorne tenuit in parochia Sancti Clementis versus Londoniam; tenendum bene et in pace, absque omni calumpnia mei vel heredum meorum inperpetuum. Pro hac autem concessione et carte mee confirmatione dederunt mihi predictus abbas et predictus conventus viginti solidos esterlingorum. Ego vero Henricus et heredes mei warantizabimus predictum mesuagium cum pertinentiis prefatis monachis contra omnes gentes. Et ut hec concessio mea stabilis et inconcussa permaneat, presenti scripto confirmavi, et sigilli mei testimonio corroboravi. Ego etiam Henricus et Walterus filius meus et heres, tunc presens, affidavimus in pleno halimoto de Westmonasterio firmiter tenere prescriptum pactum predictis monachis absque omni dolo et fraude.
