Sciant tam presentes quam futuri quod ego Rogerus de Frivilla concedo Augustino filio Ailwini totam terram meam extra Ludgate que jacet juxta domum Osmundi in feodo et hereditate et finabiliter; tenendam illi et heredibus suis de me et heredibus meis, reddendo annuatim pro omni servitio quinque solidos ad Festum Sancti Michaelis sine omni occasione. Ita quod ego Rogerus nec heredes mei non poterimus predictum Augustinum vel heredes suos deherbergare propter me vel aliquem alium herbergandum. Pro hac autem concessione dedit mihi predictus Augustinus v solidos in gersummam. Et ego Rogerus et heredes mei warantizabimus totam predictam terram prefato Augustino et heredibus suis contra omnes homines.
