292. Grant by Abbot Walter to the nuns of Clerkenwell, of the house which Alulf, son of Fromond, gave them in the abbey fee in Bread Street (London), between the house of Ralph Quatremars and that of Warin the turner, and another tenement in Eastcheap next to that of Simon of Paris, which Osbert Becche gave them in the abbey fee. Omnibus Christi fidelibus ad quorum noticiam littere iste pervenerint Walterus, Dei gratia abbas Westmonasterii, et eiusdem loci conventus, eternam in Domino salutem.
