C. 3950. Grant by John de Koye and Joan his wife to William
de Durham (Dunolm') and Sabina his wife, for 50s. beforehand in
gersum, of the moiety of a void space in the ward of Simon de
Hadestok between the lane of Holy Trinity the Less on the east and
'Sporuneslane' on the west, and adjoining the church of St. Michael,
Queenhithe (de Ripa Regine) at a yearly rent of a clove. Witnesses :
Sir Hugh son of Otho, keeper of the city of London, Robert de Cornhull
and Thomas de Basing, bailiffs, Simon de Hadestok, alderman of that
ward, Simon le Barbur, beadle of the said ward and others (named)
