[Middx.] A. 1621. Release by Clemencia, daughter of Robert Blund, late wife
of Richard de Hispania, to Richard, the prior, and the canons of Holy
Trinity, London, for six marcs, of 20s. rent which she had by gift of her
said husband, issuing from a stone house with cellar and a dwelling-house
which Edmund Mercer once held, in the parish of St. Benedict Sorhog ;
and confirmation by the same of the grant that Peter, her son and heir,
has made to the same canons. Witnesses : William son of Benedict,
alderman, Philip de Wynton, Ralph Blund, goldsmith, and others (named).
