Grant by Roger le Chener, citizen and mercer of London, to William de Sterteford, citizen and pepperer of the same city, of land with houses thereon in the parish of St. Anthony, with a cellar below the great stone solar of Adam de Blakneye : the grantee to pay (inter alia) 20s. a year for the support of a chaplain in the said church of St. Anthony.
