Grant by Roger de Hatfeld, citizen of London, to William de Hamme, citizen and wool merchant of London, for 20/., of land with the buildings thereon adjoining the churchyard of St. Dunstan by the Tower. And the street called ' la Tourstrate,' and of yearly rents of 10s., 8s., and 1 8s., issuing from the lands and tenements specified, in the same parish; paying therefor yearly to the grantor a clove, 50*.
