305 Agreement between William de Acton, m. of SBH, and John de la Chaumbre (0), clerk, whereby John will be permitted to keep the houses he built on the wall of SBH with the drains he made, provided he will keep that part of the wall in good repair, that he will not build anymore on this wall, that all windows and exists overlooking the hasp. will be blocked up and that the drain from John's kitchen will be covered with iron bars to prevent large objects from failing into it.
