143 Grant by Bartholomew Capellanus, proc. of SBH, to Alexander de Waleden, mason, of two houses covered with tiles between the bridge of Coubrigge in the S., the corner of the road to*ards Trillemeln in the N. and ext. from the highroad to the garden of Robert Cordewanarius. Bartholomew also grants to Alexander half a privy (camera privata) over the water running through the middle of Coubregge and an opening through the middle of an earthen wall to the said water for the easement of his pigs.
