grant and quitclaim by wanter le harwe, peverer, to gilbert le bole of all his rights in the tenement which the said gilbert has in the parish of St michael ‘a le ble’ of the lease of nicholas de wincestre, late citizen of London; the aid gilbert to make a gutter –pipe of lead, 24 feet long, and to place it upon the wall of the said walter, between their respective tenements, so that the same wlate shall receive on his land the water flowing form the aforesaid gutter towards the north.
