release and quitclaim by William, son and heir of Adam Fitz (filius) Alexander of Lewesham, at the insistance (instanciam) of Thomas Cros and Edmund Horn, wardens of the Bridge House, and the brethern of the same house, of all his rights in the lands and tenements which the said Adam, his father, granted to the same brethren in Lewesham and estgrenewich; reserving to himself and to his heirs 1d payable annually at michaelmas in the church of Lewesham. Gersumia 20mks. Sealing clause. Dated 17 Ed I (1288-89).
