Grant by Peter de Hereford that the beginning (inicium) of the chapel of Stanleghe which he began in the name of the Holy Trinity, he united to the chapel of St Thomas of London bridge to the honour of the holy trinity, and the blessed mary and peter, and St Thomas the martyr and all saints; with a further grant to the same chapel of St Thomas of the patronage of the church of Stanham.
